• PMS (Property Management System): Property management system for hotels and accommodation facilities
• POS (Point of Sale): Point of sale and cash register management system
• Channel Management (Channel Manager): Centralized management of online reservation channels
• Booking Engine: Infrastructure for taking bookings directly from your website
• Reporting and Analytics: Revenue management and performance analysis tools
• Integration Services: Data exchange and integration solutions with third-party systems

3. Terms of Use

To use our services:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your legal representative
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• You must use the services only for lawful purposes
• You must not engage in activities that would compromise the security of the platform
• You must respect the rights of other users

4. Account Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information. You must not share your password with third parties and should update it regularly. If you detect any unauthorized access to your account, you must contact us immediately. You are held responsible for all transactions carried out through your account.

5. Service Use and License

Our company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use our services throughout your subscription period. Under this license:

• You may not access the source code of the software or reverse engineer it
• You may not copy, distribute or transfer the software to third parties
• You may only use the software for the needs of your own business
• API access is provided within the defined usage limits

6. Service Continuity

Our company makes reasonable efforts to provide the services uninterrupted and error-free. However, service interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, technical failures, natural disasters or force majeure events. Users are notified prior to planned maintenance work.

7. Billing and Payments

Service fees are billed monthly or annually according to the selected subscription plan. Payments must be made on the specified due date. Statutory late-payment interest may be applied to invoices not paid by their due date. In the event of non-payment, service access may be suspended.

8. Data Security

Industry-standard security measures are implemented to protect the security of our users' data. Your data is stored encrypted and backed up regularly. Our data processing activities are carried out in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation.

9. Limitations of Liability

Our company cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use of the services. The company's total liability is in any case limited to the service fee paid by the user within the last 12 months. No liability is accepted for interruptions or data losses arising from third-party services.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform works with various third-party services and integrations. These third-party services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. Our company does not guarantee the performance, security or continuity of third-party services.

11. Termination of Agreement

The user may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in the event of a violation of the terms of use. In the event of termination, the user is granted a reasonable period of time to download their data.

12. Right to Make Changes

Our company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The changes take effect as of the date they are published on the platform. Users are informed in advance about significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are subject to Turkish Law, and for the resolution of disputes Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
